Double Carcass Submarine Seawing Offshore Reducer Hose.

C/w fully forged concentric reducer built in the hose and supplied c/w standard flanges at either end. The hose is designed to be used to reduce the mainline hose diameter down to the tail rail diameter on large CBM & MBM systems. The hose has two independent carcasses. The 2nd carcass is designed to contain any leakage from the 1st carcass; this allows the operator to continue loading or discharging the tanker at the terminal. The hose is supplied with a special electronic sensor system to identify the 1st carcass failure so that the operator can then change the hose.
